You are welcome to bring as many delegates as you feel necessary (within reason); however, due to budgetary constraints, we are only able to provide refreshments for two delegates per organisation.
In order to attract the most relevant students and graduates, and promote your organisation's attendance at the NTU Spring Careers Fair, a profile will be published on the online Careers Fair Guide. For this purpose, we would encourage you to provide as much detail as possible:
At NTU, we’re not just committed to sustainability—we’re also deeply invested in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). These strategic priorities guide our actions and decisions. In 2023, we pledged to the Sustainable Recruitment Alliance to review, reduce, and report on the impact of our events. In 2019, NTU were also the first Higher Education institution to sign the social mobility pledge and were named University of the Year at the 2019 Social Mobility Awards.
We’re excited to share with our students and graduates the strides our partner businesses are making in the realms of environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and fair and equal access to opportunities. To help us in this endeavour, we kindly request the following information to share with our students and graduates when promoting your participation in the Career Fair:
Could you provide a brief sentence stating your organisation's commitment and detailing any activity in these areas as well as confirm any relevant certifications or accreditations your organisation holds..

Regulations surrounding electrical equipment requires all equipment to be PAT tested before being brought onto campus. Nottingham Trent University cannot be held accountable for any equipment failing to meet PAT standards.
As we don't charge exhibitors to attend, we only provide a light lunch and refreshments for two representatives per organisation.
If you do wish to purchase additional food and/or drinks, there are alternative catering outlets within the venue.
We will try to accommodate specific dietary requests however all foods are prepared in kitchens where nuts, gluten and other allergens are present. Whilst every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee this.
Please note: we are unable to cater for nut allergies as nuts are used in most production areas of our kitchens.
Parking – There are several local public car parks. Talbot Street & Trinity Square car parks are the closest to the venue.
The University cannot reserve spaces in advance; car parks in the city centre can be very busy therefore please allow extra time on your journey
